Terms Of Service

Please make sure to read through these rules carefully and that you agree to all of them before commissioning me!

  1. Do not claim my work as your own.

  2. Do not use any work I've created for AI learning or generation.

  3. Do not use my work as or for NFTs

  4. Do not resell my work for tshirts, mugs, prints, or other merchandise without my explicit permission.

  5. Commercial licensing is available for commissions.

  6. Please credit me for any artwork you use as @coubalty. If I make a vtuber model for you, please include me as the designer.

  7. On the above, ^ any artwork I make outside of commissions is free to use for profile pictures/banners or the likes, just please credit me again.

  8. I'd like to use commission work as a showcase/portfolio. If you do not want me to use it in that manner, please tell me.

  9. I may stream your commission to my friends or followers online. If you don't want me to, please let me know.

  10. I may decline any commission if I can't adequately fulfill the request. Likewise, I may cancel a commission if the commissioner's behavior/credibility becomes questionable.

  11. I may cancel a commission if I have sent the sketch and have not received payment from the invoice within a week. However, if you need more time, please let me know.

  12. Full refunds are available if a minor (or no) amount of work has been completed. I can offer partial refunds depending on how much work I've completed. I cannot offer refunds on completed work. Again, please contact me and let me know your situation. I'll work with you the best I can.

  13. I can offer up to 2 revisions past the sketch phase.

  14. Please have a clear visual reference. With the exception of a character design commission, I will not take a written description of a character. The more references you provide the more accurate I can create what you envision.

  15. I will keep a backup of the file incase you need another.

  16. I can send the CSP file of the illustration if requested.

  17. Please do not pay in advance, I'll send an invoice when everything is ready.

Payment Info

  • Commissions are based in USD (United States Dollar).

  • I'll send an invoice via email through PayPal Invoice.

  • Commissions can either be paid for in steps or all at once after I have finished the sketch. If you want to do it in steps, I'll ask for 50% after the sketch is confirmed and completed, then the other 50% will be asked for after I have finished the request.

  • Once I get the first 50% I'll begin work on the line art/coloring.

Turnout

  • Please let me know if you have a deadline.

  • I can do a rush order, but it'll cost extra depending on how soon you need it. Just let me know and we can negotiate.

  • Each commission may take up to two weeks past the sketch phase, depending on how my general busyness/complexity of the commission.

  • If there will be any delays or an emergency situation, I'll be sure to update you through DM's or through a tweet.

  • I'll do my best to update you when I reach a significant phase completion (sketch/line art/completion). If you want an update sooner just ask.

  • I may post previews on my twitter, if you want the commission to be private, please let me know.

What I will/will not draw

What I will draw:

As a general rule of thumb, if I've drawn it once I'm probably okay with doing it again. Though I'd prefer not to draw something I've done too recently.

  • Ecchi/R16

  • Lingerie or lewd outfits

  • Certain trends: Outfits, poses, ect.

  • Pin-ups

  • Sex scenes: Generally vanilla themes; cowgirl, doggy, blow jobs, paizuris, hand jobs, to name a few.

  • Light fem-dom

  • Petite characters: This means characters who are clearly adults, but have a small frame.

  • Animal Features: like ears, tails, and the such on humans.

  • Monster girls

  • Some muscles: Not like, insanely ripped, but fit/toned

  • Some armor: This'll likely depend on the complexity

What I might draw:

These are things I have a personal interest in, but I might not enjoy the creative process. Generally these will be a case by case basis, just because I've drawn them once doesn't mean I will do them again.

  • Futa: I'm 50/50 on this. Futa isn't something I'm huge on, but I don't dislike it either. The setting/characters requested will likely have a huge influence on my willingness to try futa.

  • Tentacles: Can be interesting, but the character would need to be into it.

  • Ejaculation via monster parts: like tails, wings, or other extremities. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's disturbing. I dunno, I might be willing to try it.

  • Android/Cyborg characters: I don't have a lot of experience drawing mechanical parts, but it could certainly be a fun challenge.

What I refuse to draw:

These are things I will not draw under any circumstances.

  • Loli/Shota

  • Animal dicks: This includes animalistic dicks on humans.

  • Body waste

  • Beastiality

  • Furry: I don't have the experience/skills to draw furry characters well.

  • Incest

  • Rape: Consent is sexy.

  • Full on Mecha: Got no experience here either, sorry.

  • BDSM: Not my thing.

  • FFXIV OCs: I know what y'all are like...
